Tinubu Will Throw Out Ministers Who Fail To Perform In Six Months – Smart Adeyemi

Adeyemi Smart, a former senator from Kogi West, claimed on Wednesday that President Bola Tinubu is prepared to fire any minister who does not fulfill their duties within six months.

In an interview with Politics Today on Channels Television, the Kogi State governor’s candidate highlighted Tinubu’s track record of keeping ministers responsible by requesting progress reports for the Nigerian people.

As Adeyemi Smart said,

“Today’s Nigerians, especially those in ministry, ought to be aware of President Bola Tinubu’s reputation for showing them the way out if they don’t perform within six months.

He is expressing his gratitude to us for our struggles. He has a proven track record of accomplishments. I applaud those who are receiving nominations or appointments, but if you don’t work hard, this man will show them the exit.

Adeyemi also talked about the recent fight that broke out between Senate President Godswill Akpabio and Chief Whip Senator Mohammed Ali Ndume.

He admitted that there might be differences of this kind in the early going of the 10th Assembly, but he was confident that members would finally come to an understanding.

“This kind of note will be the beginning of a new assembly, so there’s no need to worry.” Everyone will eventually learn to comprehend one another, Adeyemi continued.
